Clear terms, no surprises.

Every website is built before you pay. You review the finished site, and nothing is charged until you approve it for launch.

A one page website is $1,997 and a multi page website is $3,997 for up to 6 pages, with $350 for each extra page. The first month of hosting is included.

We do not take deposits. The full website price is due before your site goes live, and your site launches as soon as payment is confirmed.

All payments are processed securely by Square. We never see or store your full card number.

Because you see your finished website before paying, website payments are final once your site has launched.

If we cannot deliver the website you approved, you receive a full refund.

Payments for completed change requests and completed hourly work are final.

Care Plan payments are not refunded for partial months. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the month you already paid for.

After your site launches, you have 30 days to request up to 3 changes at no extra cost.

After that, each change request is $150, paid through a secure link. Larger projects, such as new pages or new features, are quoted at $150 an hour before any work starts.

A paid change goes live once its payment is confirmed.

Requests should come from the person who approved the website, or someone they name, so your site is only changed by people you trust.

The Care Plan keeps your website hosted, secure and current. It is $197 a month for a one page website and $297 a month for a multi page website, starting in month two.

It renews automatically each month on the same date until you cancel. You can cancel any time by email or text, and your plan stays active through the month you already paid for.

If a monthly payment fails, we will reach out. If it is not resolved within 14 days, your site may be paused until the plan is current.

Your name, logo, photos, text and other content always belong to you.

Once your website is paid in full, you may keep using its design for as long as you like. If you ever leave the Care Plan, we will send you a copy of your website files on request so you can host it elsewhere.

Domain names you own stay in your name. If we register a domain for you, we transfer it to you on request.

Some previews are concepts we build on our own, using information your organization already shares publicly, to show what a new website could look like.

Every concept preview is clearly labeled as not your official website, is hidden from search engines, and is removed promptly if you ask.

A preview is a gift with no obligation. Nothing is charged unless you choose to launch it.

When you request a preview or contact us, we collect what you share, such as your name, email, phone, organization and notes. We use it only to respond to you and to do the work you ask for.

Your information is stored with trusted service providers that host our website and forms and process payments. We never sell your information.

We send messages only about your request or your website. You can ask us to stop contacting you, or to delete your information, at any time.

Our website may use basic analytics to see how many people visit. We do not use it to identify you personally.
